I am working to restore Frogtails. Here is what happened in the words of my ISP:


Saturday, February 6, 2010 5:23 p.m.
All services should be operational again after the power outage. Again, thank you for your patience; we apologize for any inconvenience.


Saturday, February 6, 2010 4:58 p.m.
Due to the snow storm a power outage has knocked out some of FrogNet services. At this time Domain hosting and Dial-up should be restored. DSL may continue to be intermittent. Thank you for your patience while we work to restore connectivity.


Saturday, February 6, 2010 8:00 a.m.
Because of a Level 2 Weather Emergency in Athens, Ohio, our offices will be closed until such a time that the emergency is lifted. We apologize for the inconvenience and wish you the luck with the current snow storm.

In the mean time, please continue to send us the issues you are having with pHp and MySQL with your Frognet-hosted websites. If you are still having trouble viewing your website, please upload a back-up copy of any website files named "index," "home," or "main." Thanks!

The server is back up for normal traffic and uploading. If you have backups of your corrupted files, you may upload them now. If not, our system is going to begin a process of attempting to recover any corrupted or missing files for our users. This will take time and does not guarantee these files will be restored. We appreciate all of your patience in this period of inactivity. Our technicians are working to bring the server up as quickly as possible. We understand your frustration but please understand we are doing everything we can. We are currently working to patch security vulnerabilities and recover the data that the hacker had changed, corrupted and/or deleted. Please bear with us and our server will be stronger which means your site will be safer. Thank you.

Our administrators have been able to isolate the security hole and are working on preventing similar issues in the future. We still have no ETA at this time, and web service may be intermittent. Please keep an eye on net status for further updates.

Web pages hosted by FrogNet may be currently experiencing errors as we recover from an attack. We are working diligently to resolve this issue.
