Leaves floating in our pond

	<credit>a</credit>

Floating leaves initially caught my eyes. After taking a photo or two I noticed the reflection of the trees in the water.
A few shots came out with small wind ripples in the water making it look like watercolors or an impressionist painting.

Skylight though a maple canopy

	<credit>c</credit>

The canopy these maple trees make have always been interesting to me. The leaves are very dense during the summer. Sunlight peeks through like this during the spring and autumn seasons only. In summer it is nearly dark here. The air is much cooler here during the summer than just 50 yards away in our yard.

	<credit>b</credit>

Several planets have been visible this past month near the moon.
Enlarge this image by clicking on it. An inch below the moon and half inch to the left you will see a small white dot that I believe is one of the planets.

	<credit>b</credit>

I grabbed an umbrella one gray rainy morning and started walking about with the camera. This shot of my neighbors hayfield and the haybales seemed intriguing. I thought it came out pretty nice.

Hayfield in the mist

	<credit>b</credit>

The hayfield beyond the pond goes up to a fence line. You can see the barely visible trees beyond the fence. What you can not see is how large the hill is as it simply fades into the gray.
This was a tough shot as I was holding an umbrella and trying to adjust the camera at the same time.
