ISP was hacked

My ISP was hacked and only recently got things somewhat working again. I’ve been reloading what I can as quickly as possible. The forum may be down for a while but I think it is mostly intact.

Week 6, Days 5, 6, & 7

Not real happy with week six but have decided to go on to week seven for now. May revisit later.

Thursday, probably walked 30 minutes but don’t really recall.

Week 6, Day 3

Tuesday, T-4. R-28, W-32. Left knee around the 20 minute mark started getting sore again. Coach told me to try to run through it so I did. The pain came and went several times over the last eight minutes of the run. I prevailed tonight. We will see if I can walk come morning.

I also asked how to deal with sweat. On the treadmill, it is pretty easy as I just hang a hand towel on the the machine and use it as needed. Coach said that I might try a headband or two wrist bands when I venture back outdoors. What an adventure this has turned out to be. Never imagined myself wearing such stuff.

Not real happy with my performance this week so have decided to do week 6 again next week even though week 7 on the schedule is easier than week 6.

Tuesday, rest. Skipped a scheduled run day here. Still leery about my knee.

Week 6, Day 1

Scheduled: R-26, W-4
Actual: R-23, W-11

Ran 21 minutes and felt the left knee getting sore. Walked a minute then tried again. Ran 2 minutes and got sore again. Walked another minute and determined to run the final three on my schedule. Tried running again and after 15 seconds decided I’d had enough so walked my normal five minute cool down and called it quits.
