Week 6, Day 3

Tuesday, T-4. R-28, W-32. Left knee around the 20 minute mark started getting sore again. Coach told me to try to run through it so I did. The pain came and went several times over the last eight minutes of the run. I prevailed tonight. We will see if I can walk come morning.

I also asked how to deal with sweat. On the treadmill, it is pretty easy as I just hang a hand towel on the the machine and use it as needed. Coach said that I might try a headband or two wrist bands when I venture back outdoors. What an adventure this has turned out to be. Never imagined myself wearing such stuff.

    I too am worried about the knee. There are the one thing that can break the bank so to speak.
